If you are feeling alone and afraid or just want to connect with another human being, please call the Emotional CPR Warmline. The Warmline listeners are not clinicians. They are eCPR trained listeners who want to listen to what you are going through. Until we connect, take good care of you.
Are you struggling, having a bad day, need someone to listen, or need resources? Text the hopeline which is 24/7 and free to talk to trained crisis counselors. Find us at www.centerforsuicideawareness.org
